Feed the Fasting is a Ramadan initiative that provides meals to families during the holy month. It supports many and offers a meaningful way to give Sadaqah in honour of our  loved ones who have passed away. Thanks to the generosity of our community, We’ve delivered over 13,000 meals bringing comfort to many communities in Canada, United States, and the UK.

The Smile Society youth work shops is a safe space for youth to come together to connect, grow, learn, and express  themselves in a safe space. Our sessions focus on creativity, activities, and youth retreats that focus on mental health. These opportunities give our youth the chance to build meaningful connections, and support one another.

Our Youth Unity Retreat happens during March Break to give young people a fun and safe place to be while school is out. We focus on creating a positive space where youth can try new things, be creative, and express themselves. From art and spoken word to cooking, baking, and more the retreat helps youth explore new interests, make friends, and feel more confident.

In partnership with Jamad Fiin and her organization, we hosted a basketball camp in Toronto to empower the next generation of young women through sport. Over 100 girls came together to build skills, confidence and community that they can carry both on and off the court. This gives our girls a chance to grow as athletes and leaders.

Sundae Funday is our summertime pop-up that brings free frozen treats to different neighbourhoods across the GTA. Each week, volunteers turn sidewalks and parkettes into little pockets of joy. It’s a simple tradition that helps neighbours meet, kids feel celebrated, and families share a moment together on a hot day.

Our Inclusive Sports Program uses sport to build confidence, connection, and community. Through boys and girls’ focused sessions and newcomer-friendly programming, youth come together to learn skills, make friends, and feel supported on and off the court or field.
